The Add/Drop module enables muxing and demuxing local signals into a ROADM.

Within the ROADM node, the Add/Drop modules serves as a gateway for muxing and demuxing DWDM data channels into a long-haul system. CzechLight offers multiple options for variable ROADM architecture. All supported modules offer Flexgrid, Colorless, and Directionless properties. The WSS-based modules implement the Contentionless feature when redundant setup is used.
SDN control via NETCONF and YANG. Standard 1U form factor, redundant and hot-swap power supplies and fans.
